Membership Terms & Code of Conduct

LAB is an invitation-only community of CEOs and founders. Membership is a privilege extended and maintained at LAB's discretion.

Confidentiality

Conversations and materials shared at LAB events are confidential. What is said in the room stays in the room. Do not record, republish, or attribute another member's remarks without their explicit permission.

Conduct

Members treat one another with respect and candor. Harassment, discrimination, and self-dealing are not tolerated. LAB gatherings are for peer learning, not for soliciting, selling, or recruiting other members' talent.

Referrals and vouching

When you nominate someone, you vouch for them personally. Referrals should reflect genuine, first-hand knowledge of the person.

Good standing

Membership may be paused or ended for conduct inconsistent with this code, for non-participation, or at LAB's discretion.
